Jessica Chabot is the Utility-Scale Technical Lead at New Leaf Energy, a renewable energy developer focused on developing solar, storage, and wind projects across the United States. She started her career as a consultant in the utility industry before attending business school at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management to pivot into the Renewable Energy Industry. She started at New Leaf as an Interconnection Project Manager, managing 32 (6+ GW) of utility-scale battery and solar projects across CAISO, MISO, and SPP. She then moved into her current role as the Utility-Scale Technical Lead where she manages the engineering resources supporting the Utility-Scale department and works with the other Utility-Scale team leads to make the strategic and financial decisions for the Utlity-Scale department at New Leaf.
