Shuchismita Biswas is a Power Systems Engineer at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), where she leads the Sensing and Measurements Team. She holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and has extensive experience in power grid modeling, vehicle-grid integration, and grid data analysis. Currently, she is the technical lead for a DOE-sponsored initiative to develop a maturity model to help the energy industry evaluate its readiness for integrating large proportions of distributed energy resources. Before joining PNNL, Shuchismita held positions at PJM Interconnection and Schneider Electric.
