Local cooperation will be essential to develop a nationwide EV charging network. This presentation will introduce the Charging Smart program, which will help streamline local planning, zoning, and permitting processes to encourage the growth of EV infrastructure and support e-mobility. Through this program, local governments are sending a signal to EV service providers and project developers that communities are open to EV charging deployment.
