Stacy has worked to advance the clean transportation industry for 20 years and is currently ICF's Vice President of Transportation Electrification as well as a senior fellow with the ICF Climate Center. Her expertise is in electric vehicles and charging infrastructure. She has contributed to nationwide and local efforts to increase EV adoption through supportive infrastructure and policy development since modern-day EVs hit the roads in 2010. In partnership with utilities and government agencies, Stacy leads EV charging program design and execution, strategic planning, regulatory and policy tracking, and outreach and engagement. She holds a master’s degree in Environmental Sciences and Policy from Johns Hopkins University and bachelor’s degrees from Western Michigan University.
