Darren Van’t Hof is Director of Renewable Energy Investments for US Bank, a whollyowned
subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB). Mr. Van’t Hof leads a team that executes
internal and external renewable energy policy initiatives for US Bank. Through those
initiatives US Bank has invested over $5B in renewable energy throughout the United
States. US Bank’s tax equity investing activities are conducted through the U.S. Bancorp
Community Development Corporation (USBCDC). USBCDC is nationally recognized as
one of the most pioneering of its kind for its efforts in community development projects
across the country. Over the past 13 years, Mr. Van’t Hof has held various management and
leadership positions within the CDC. His background includes real estate development,
asset management and structured finance. He received a B.A. in Political Science from the
University of Missouri – St. Louis.
