With 17 years’ experience providing technical advisory in onshore and offshore wind, solar and storage, Cory is an energized leader of a diverse and growing team, with demonstrated success driving commercial success for our Customers as they move through the energy transition. As VP of Owner's Engineering and Advisory Services, Cory has built and lead multiple teams offering environmental permitting; electrical, civil, structural, geotechnical and mechanical engineering; offshore wind and onshore wind, solar, and storage owner's engineering. She has demonstrated experience leading teams through transformation and change, including strategic planning, inclusive and authentic leadership, and execution of 20% year over year growth in revenue across multiple markets. Outside and inside the office, mentoring and networking with hard-to-reach and marginalized communities and energy stakeholders to ensure equitable energy access is an as-of-yet unsolved problem Cory is committed to solving via engagement with American Indian Communities. She is an amateur podcaster and blogger on DNV’s Energy in Transition blog, and on the Advisory Board for Floating Wind Solutions. At current, she leads DNV's Offshore Wind Advisory practice, Owner's Engineering, and our Asset Operation & Maintenance teams, all of whom are dedicated to supporting our project developer and utility Customers in optimizing their development plans, engineering, and operation of their assets.
Cory is a Certified Project Management Professional with a strong track record of technical due diligence/independent engineering in support of project financing, project development support and owner's engineering, asset integrity management for existing projects, feasibility and strategy development studies, energy policy drafting and development for small island nations, remote-sensing and mast-based resource assessment for onshore and offshore wind, solar, storage, and hydrogen projects. She was honored in 2022 as one of American Clean Power’s Breakout Women of the Year and as a Cleanie Award Recipient as a Rising Star.
