Louise White is a senior consultant with the Loan Programs Office and Office of Technology Transitions at the U.S. Department of Energy. Louise supports DOE’s Pathways to Commercial Liftoff effort to advance public and private collaboration and investment into clean energy technologies. She is a lead author of the Innovative Grid Deployment report that looks at opportunities to accelerate deployment of advanced grid technologies to address near term grid needs. Prior to joining DOE, Louise was a consultant with Bain & Company focusing on energy and power markets and at the Environmental Defense Fund addressing oil and gas methane emissions. She completed her MBA at Stanford University and BA at the University of South Carolina.
