Ted Lee is Deputy Assistant Secretary for Tax Policy and Delivery at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where he leads a variety of initiatives including implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act’s clean energy tax provisions, tax provisions in the CHIPS and Science Act, and IRS modernization. Prior to joining the Treasury Department, Ted was Senior Advisor for American Rescue Plan Implementation at the White House and worked at global management consulting firm Bain & Company.
