Megan Howes is an Assistant Director of Workforce Development at the Interstate Renewable Energy Council. Her work focuses on designing, implementing and sustaining high-impact workforce developent initiatives that support an equitable and sustainable clean energy future. She currently manages the Department of Energy-funded Solar Ready Vets Network, which advances solar career pathways for veterans, and supports solar employers with resources to recruit and retain military talent. She previously managed The Solar Foundation's Solar Training Network initiative, which produced original industry resources and leveraged cross-functional partnerships for stronger solar career pathways. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environment from McGill University.
