Brad Chadwell joined TVA in 2022 as the director of Enterprise Research and Innovation. He leads the organization in developing and deploying breakthrough solutions that support TVA‘s efforts to address complex, cross-organizational challenges and shape the evolution of the energy system of the future. His current focus is to build an integrated system planning capability reaching across Generation, Transmission, Distribution, and Customer domains.
