Ed is passionate about driving transformative policy change in our industry -- especially aorund the critical issues of Interconnection and Land Use. Serving as RWE Clean Energy's VP of Policy Development and Distributed Government Relations, Ed has been active in Interconnection proceedings across the nation over the last number of years, advocating for common-sense reforms that will enable a high-DER, high-decarbonization future. After a 15 year career in the Energy Services sector, primarily with Constellation Energy, Ed joined Clean Energy Collective in 2019, moving over to ConEd CEB when the Clean Energy Businesses purchased CEC's operating assets along with its Development team. With the combination of the CEB and RWE into RWE Clean Energy, Ed now leads a team that is responsible for Distributed energy policy with a Community Solar focus and RWE's Policy Development. A committed urbanist (in addition to a climate activist), Ed lives in Hamilton Heights in Harlem with his partner Abby and their terrorist mini-dachshund, Otto.
