With extensive international experience in countries including the United States, Indonesia, Guatemala, Germany, Spain, France, Kenya, and Nigeria, Jacquelyn has become an expert in programs, policy, and equity work. Her impressive background as a climate policy expert, technologist, Afro-futurist, and trusted strategist demonstrates her capacity to excel in fast-paced, high-growth environments. She possesses a unique talent for building essential partnerships, driving advocacy, and advancing social responsibility, consistently surpassing expectations.
Educationally, Jacquelyn boasts a BA from Spelman College, a JD from the University of Pittsburgh, and is poised to attain a Doctor of Education. Her commitment to education is a testament to her dedication to environmental justice, enabling her to advocate for meaningful change from both legal and educational perspectives.
Throughout her illustrious career, Jacquelyn has achieved numerous significant milestones. As the former President of San Francisco's Environmental Commission, she spearheaded groundbreaking environmental policies that laid the groundwork for meaningful regional change. She also played a pioneering role in implementing ride-sharing regulations in Africa, expanding affordable transportation access while reducing carbon emissions.
