Location: Industy Trends Theater, Booth #A63093, Hall A, ACC
As solar PV gains an increasing share in the overall energy mix and inverters emerge as the components with the highest failure rates, prioritizing the reliability of inverters becomes imperative for enhancing the availability of the entire PV system. The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Solar Energy Technologies Office (SETO) and DOE national laboratories are excited to conduct this session, which will explore diverse strategies to bolster inverter reliability and overall asset management with the aim to improve system availability. Participants will gain insights spanning inverter degradation models, PV system health assessment approaches, and optimum operation and maintenance techniques that can be used to predict and prevent issues before they occur. Join us in the critical journey to proactively secure inverter reliability and ensure the seamless functioning of PV systems.
